Clif is currently serving in the role of Policy Director for CBPP He is a former member of the CBPP Board of Directors and has been actively involved with CBPP since 2008.  Clif worked with or for several environmental groups from the late 1970s until 2013, including The Varda Group, WWF Int., Greenpeace, Int., Friends of the Earth US, and the Oceanic Society. He has been a self-employed consultant since 2013, and most of his time has involved working for CBPP. Clif has a law degree from George Washington University’s National Law Center and a B.S. degree from Michigan State University.
